Crisis Planning
Crises can arise unexpectedly at any time throughout an executive’s tenure in office. Having a plan in place can help avoid mistakes, and ensure that leaders and their administrations are prepared when unexpected events occur. Crisis planning is typically handled by a Chief of Staff and other Senior Advisors to the leader, who work with a dedicated team of experts and staff to develop analysis and create contingencies for issues that may arise.
