Entering Government
During a transition, there are several key actors that comprise the incoming administration — including the leader-elect, those supporting the transition team and operations, and other key executive leadership staff who will support the new leader in office. In the process of entering government, these actors will work to translate the leader-elect’s campaign promises into concrete government action. This requires the development of plans for strong executive office operations and effective communications (internal/external), and a plan for government appointments and key policy proposals.
